1. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders take 2–4 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships

We currently ship all orders via UPS for reliable delivery.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

5. How do pre-orders work?
When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving an item before it’s in stock. The product description will list the estimated ship date. Once your pre-ordered item is ready, we’ll process and ship it just like a regular order, and you’ll receive tracking information.

6. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at milkandhoneyhaircollection@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.

7. Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect orders and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at milkandhoneyhaircollection@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product issue. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
