At Milk & Honey Hair Collection, we take pride in delivering premium quality, textured virgin hair. To ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products, please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, or accessories once they have been opened or used.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following:

Unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery

Must be approved in writing from Milk & Honey Hair Collection before return is accepted

Returns that meet these conditions may be eligible for store credit only.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please email our customer care team at milkandhoneyhaircollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please include the following in your email:

Contact Number

Order Number or Proof of Purchase

Reason for Return

Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and within the timeframe provided.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect texture/length ordered, or pre-order processing delays.

However, if there is an issue due to a defect or fulfillment error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. Exchanges

Pre-Orders

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that shipping times may vary. Estimated ship dates are provided in the product description. Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once your order is confirmed.

Why All Sales Are Final

Hair extensions are considered personal hygiene products, and for the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair.
